Look what i received in the mail yesterday... Isn't it beautiful? Hana embroidered the focal image and then turned it into a card. In her note she was apologetic that it wasn't stamped... It's just so pretty, I wanted to share with you.

Masculine Birthday

I encourage my club members to bring some of the projects they have been working on to share with others. Carri brought this card she made for her husband's birthday. Don't you love the way she used the Urban Garden designer series paper to make the shirt?

Box in a bag and matching card

 This was a club project last month. We made the "box in a bag" using the ski slope designer series paper. We used the flower from the Stampin' Up! exclusive "basket and blooms" die cut with the Big Shot machine.
To make the card, we used a strip of the ski slope designer series paper and the "Snow Swirled" stamp set.

Club members have had a lot of fun and have really enjoyed the free classes each month. The hostess can collect outside orders or bring her friends to club that month to earn even more free merchandise.

Inspired Just Because...

Club members have been telling me how much they enjoy coming... and I have experienced it with them each month. I encouraged them to bring projects they have been working on so we could all get inspired together. Several shared with us. I thought I would share Cassandra's card with you as it really caught my eye.

Decorating Candles

Those of you subscribing to my 12 weeks of Christmas mini classes received instructions on how to very easily decorate a candle. Here is another way you could turn simple candles into stunning ones.

Live with Passion

A little break from Christmas cards and preparation. We must not get so caught up in all the frenzy prior to the holidays that we forget to "live with passion." It is good to stop and watch a sunset (or sunrise, it's late enough these days in Prince George). Something I need to remind myself after a very, very busy week end.

I used a lot of sponging to make this card with the "Inspired by Nature" stamp set. I have demonstrated it at workshops recently.
