Choo Choo, an Adventure

I am at camp Sagitawa on Moberly Lake this week. Now, Moberly Lake is cold!!! Fun to dip in when it is as hot as it's been lately - but still cold!!

So I thought I would show you samples using the Bermuda Bay colour - much warmer waters...

This first sample uses textured cardstock. Did you know that 8.5 x 11 textured card stock is available in the in-colours? Perfect for the card makers. It also features the Choo Choo stamp set, Sherbet Designer buttons and So Cool rub-ons.

Lots of Bots for a Moon Walk

I thought I would share this cute little notecard with you so  you could send some cosmic salutations to a favorite person in your life. They’re sure to bring happy thoughts and feelings that are out of this world!

Yesterday was the 40th anniversary of the first walk on the moon. Do you remember where you were? What you were doing? Or maybe you're too young to have lived this event :)
I sure remember! My family was camping in the forest, but we turned the radio on. We didn't want to miss this important event.

Feminine Upsy Daisy

A very different look from yesterday, with the same stamp set: Upsy Daisy. We were shown this technique at the Stampin' Up! convention last year. I found my notes recently when cleaning up and thought I would actually use this technique.

This is another card we will be making in class on Tuesday, August 4. We will also be making a card for kids.

 It was fun making this card. The original intention was a special birthday card for Bryan, my husband. Then I thought it would be great to make it at the Birthday card class on Tuesday, August 4.
